Prices displayed on this website are indicative only and are based on current market rates. Gold prices fluctuate, so the final price for your order is confirmed at the time of quotation and payment. A quote is valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be revised if market conditions change significantly before payment is received.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an inquiry or order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your order in writing and receive payment. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods agreed at the time of order. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to over 30 countries using fully insured, tracked courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in your country.

6. Documentation and Certification

Investment-grade products are supplied with assay certificates and supporting documentation where applicable. We provide the documentation required for legal import and export of gold, including invoices and certificates of origin as appropriate.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of precious metals and the regulatory requirements of gold trading, all sales are final once payment is received and the product is dispatched. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will address verified issues, such as incorrect product or documented quality discrepancies, in accordance with applicable law.
